Buyer policy

Buy only what you intend to pay for, treat sellers respectfully, and raise issues through the case system rather than payment chargebacks.

List accurately, dispatch on time, respond to messages within 48 hours and honour the stated returns terms.

We remove listings that infringe copyright or trademarks. Rights holders can file a notice at [email protected].
