How to return an item and how refunds are processed.

Return window
Contact the seller within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
Made-to-order and personalised items
Custom, personalised and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty or materially different from the listing.
How to start a return
Open your order in Account → Purchases, choose 'Return or exchange', and describe the issue with photos. The seller replies within 48 hours.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the item being received back.
Return shipping
The seller pays return shipping for damaged, faulty or misdescribed items. Otherwise return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Purchase protection
If a seller does not resolve your case, open a 1Antiq case within 100 days of the estimated delivery date and we will step in.
